University of Southern California, #09-18-2031
Originally dismissed by the San Francisco Office and reinstated on appeal to the Washington DC Office, this complaint set the precedent that (a) men are a minority in colleges, thus shifting the logic of affirmative action laws, and (b) female-only scholarships and programs are illegal under Title IX.

This complaint was nominally filed by the National Coalition for Men but authored by myself. I am also the person who generated publicity about the complaint. The notification letter is precedential because it marks the first time the Office for Civil Rights investigated an academic institution for offering unlawful preference for women in its employment and hiring practices.
University of Kansas, #07-19-2129
This complaint was filed by Suzanne McCarley but authored by myself. The complaint is precedential because it marks the first time (to my knowledge) that the Office for Civil Rights was willing to investigate a Woman's Center. Various scholarships and female-only programs are under investigation as of now.
